The Obama administration may have reached the height of defiant arrogance. A U.S. congressman from Oklahoma, Rep. Jim Bridenstine, went to the Ft. Sill Army base to observe the conditions under which 1,200 illegal immigrant children are living and he was refused admittance. A congressional committee should call Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel on the carpet to explain why a member of the House Armed Services Committee with oversight responsibilities was turned away from a military installation. What are they hiding?

 





House Speaker John Boehner is out with a video in which he declares: "As long as I'm Speaker, there will be no earmarks." Careful, Mr. Speaker. Remember President George W. Bush said, "Read my lips - no new taxes" and he had to eat those words.
