Only in Washington
As strains of American patriotic songs filled the air, fireworks made in China lit up the sky over the Mall in Washington, D.C. in the annual fourth of July celebration. China supplies 98 to 99 percent of the fireworks bought by American consumers this year.

President Obama is going to Texas next week for three fundraisers. He'll help raise mone for his fellow Democrats, but he won't travel to the Mexican border view the crisis of thousands of illegal immigrants flooding the southwestern states. Surely he's had his smallpox vaccination.

Hillary Clinton is still trying to recover from her gaffe of beginning her pre-campaign for president by saying she and husband Bill left the White House "dead broke." She got slammed right away with the report that she gets about $200.000 for a speaking engagement. She's now saying she has donated all the money paid for her speeches to the Clinton Foundation. But still, it's all in the family, isn't it?
