The State Department is perfectly willing to release emails from top aides to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in response to a Freedom of Information Act request, but there's a catch: a spokesman, Mark Toner, said it will take 75 years. Hillary Clinton, now the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, is prone to send mixed messages in her campaign appearances.
