White House power figure Valerie Jarrett has a new title -- Scapegoat-in-Chief -- conferred on her by Washington media reporter Howard Kurtz. He writes that Jarrett, a personal Chicago friend of Barack and Michelle Obama, is the target of blame by the national press for the midterm election debacle. Kurtz admits Jarrett does have some defenders.
